Description

We are a full-service Restoration Company located throughout the Lower Mainland, Sea-to-Sky Corridor and the Okanagan.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Emergency Services Coordinator reporting to the Emergency Services Manager.

This is an in-office position located in Delta, BC.

How you might spend your days
Time cards

Creating, editing and approving

Flood reports

Making sure they all get handed in
Checking to make sure all supplies are listed
Uploading to correct job

File maintenance

Photos and notes are updated
EQ in correctly
Creating work orders
Collecting work authorizations from techs

Assisting flood techs

Ordering clothes
Getting job supplies
Sending out work orders when needed
Creating humidity reports

Assisting EMS manager

Assist with equipment inventory
Assist with cleaning machines

We'd love to hear from you if:

You have administrative experience
You have the ability to take initiative with excellent organizational skills
You are proficient with computer systems including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel
You pride yourself with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner
You demonstrate superior communication
Ability to function as part of a team as well as independently
You think critically and show great judgement in your decisionmaking process

Experience in the restoration and/or construction industry is an asset but not a requirement. The ability to work hard, multi-task and learn quickly with a great attitude are vital.
