Customer Service Representative - Phone Support


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative specializing in phone support.

As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer and manage incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to achieve complete customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problemresolution
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to better assist customers

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using customer service software
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
