Tasks and Responsibilities:

Arrive promptly for shift once called in by Snow Operations Person
Demonstrate competency with trucks, plows, salters, etc.
Keep properties clear of snow and ice to optimize safety
Inform Snow Operations Person of any potential hazards or additional work required on sites (sales assist)
Complete and accurate time tracking for billing purposes
Safe operation of all tools and equipment
Maintain equipment as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment such as tractors, skid steers, plows, salters, snow blowers and shovels.
Strong knowledge of snow removal techniques
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Good problemsolving skills
Willingness to teach and learn from others
