Ontario Camera's Customer Service Representatives are the face, and main point of contact for Producers and Productions looking for a consistent and reliable source for motion picture equipment rentals.
Service Representatives are responsible for maintaining connection with many Producers and Productions assuring their production needs are met and we are providing excellent, continued service.
As the Northern CSR, your main role would be to act as a liaison between Northern Ontario Productions and OC, as well as bringing in newProducers/Productions to come through the Toronto market.
Responsibilities:
- Required to meet with new clients, and attend industry events in Northern Ontario to attract new clients.
- Assisting active productions that have traveled with EQ from Toronto to Northern Ontario with anything needed EQ or assistancewise.
- Adjusting various ongoing and upcoming orders and coordinating equipment inventory availability.
- Contracting, invoicing and account setup and maintenance for all productions.
- Scheduling productions for camera preps, pick ups/drop offs.
- Sourcing subrented equipment from various subvendors and coordinating availability and cost with
- Maintaining constant communication with Camera and Lighting Departments for all incoming and outgoing orders. Relaying any lost/damaged equipment to productions.
Qualifications:
- Friendly team player with strong coordination, communication and time management skills.
- Strong sales and client retention skills.
- Knowledge of motion picture equipment.
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous motion picture equipment rental house experience.
- Onset experience.
Schedule:
- 9AM 5PM, Monday Friday

$18.00-$27.00 per hour

Education:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
