JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking building caretaker for our site in Surrey.
-
Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (daytime)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect and litter pick both inside and outside of the buildings
  • Meet trades people and give them access to service areas
  • Arrange for, collect and release back to residents damage deposit for use of amenity room
  • Check camera footage when requested by council
  • Provide residents with fobs/keys when requested and notify strata manager
  • Keep precise list of units that book amenity room/provided deposits/released deposits/requested keys and fobs/move ins and move outs
  • Post all notices in the lobby/elevator area within 24 hours
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Customer service experience is an asset
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to deal with residents in a professional, positive, and friendly manner
  • Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

COMPENSATION:
$19 per hour and medical benefits after 3 months
