As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative at our Richmond location.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing the best customer service to our customers at the Richmond location.

Duties & Responsibilities Promotion and sales of connected, push or new product- Initiate sales by calling existing clients- Check inventory for product availability, delivery schedule, and price verification- Troubleshoot customer service issues and coordinate between internal departments such as Accounting, Assembly, Outside Sales, Dispatch, Processing or Purchasing for a positive outcome- Print pickup slips and invoices- Run, assemble and sort orders and reports for various internal and external customers/departments- Arrange for pickup of orders with the correct corresponding paperwork.

- Advising shortages to Sales Representatives and imputing orders for appropriate substitutions- Invoice orders- Assist arrivals at Reception and the Pickup counter, process order payments and paperwork- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times- Daily entry and posting of orders and credits- Product transfers and adjustments- Commitment to Food Safety by adhering to HACCP and CFIA hygiene rules / sanitary work practices- Other duties as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience
Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask
Excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral English language
Regular Hours (8 hours daily/5 times a week): Hours could start from 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday and Sunday
