Securiguard is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Quality Assurance Coordinator - Retail Security.

This pivotal position will oversee a diverse range of critical tasks, including compliance activities and audits for Securiguard's retail security contracts.


What you'll do:


  • Review security reports in collaboration with supervisors before submission to our retail client.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with contract conditions.
  • Ensure compliances are valid and up to date.
  • Create weekly, monthly, quarterly KPI dashboards.
  • Monitoring and managing of all contract KPIs.
  • Identify security professionals in need of additional reportwriting coaching and communicate with management accordingly.
  • Coaching and mentoring security professionals.
  • Ensure maintenance of Security License and Training Matrix.
  • Schedule and confirm security professionals for training or recertification.
  • Distribute and administer a bimonthly Service Quality survey to gather feedback for service enhancement.
  • Conduct adhoc audits of security interactions by visiting stores in plain clothes to ensure appropriate levels of engagement with a focusing on coaching and training.

What you bring:


  • At least 4 years of experience in a retail security environment in a supervisory, management or a senior administrative role.
  • Familiarity with retail security protocols and procedures.
  • A Valid Ontario Security License and First Aid Certificate.
  • Drivers license and access to a vehicle to travel for store audits and corrective action plans.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or related field is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and management.
  • Must be able to work at an office site in Downtown Toronto as required.
