Executes store operations during scheduled shifts.

Provides feedback to the store manager(s) and owner on overall staff performance.

Knowledge of the retail environment.

Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of the organization.

Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.

Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.

Assists with new staff training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.

Contributes to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in staff morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager/owner.

Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to staff on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve staff performance.

Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by actively engaging with customers to develop personal interrelationships and acting with a customer comes first attitude.

Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.

Assists and updates owner with inventory needs and preparation of beverage and food components.

Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by the shift team.

Follow up with staff during the shift to ensure the delivery of legendary customer service for all customers.

Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Utilizes operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$15.50-$17.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay

Experience:
- Food service: 1 year (preferred)
