- Design, develop, and manage SQL databases specifically for pension system applications, ensuring efficient and secure data handling.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions for pension system data processing and reporting.
- Work closely with pension plan administrators and financial experts to understand and implement system requirements and database schemas.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all pension-related data.
- Implement data integration solutions between pension systems and other financial and HR systems.
- Perform database tuning and performance optimization to ensure high efficiency and reliability of pension-related data processing.
- Develop and maintain documentation for database designs, systems architecture, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance the functionality and efficiency of pension systems.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SQL Developer, with specific experience in pension systems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with major relational database platforms like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Knowledge of pension plan structures, regulations, and financial principles.
