    What you'll be doing.

    Responsible for managing the development, delivery and execution of ad-hoc reporting needs. This role leads a team of analysts providing consultative support to report requests from multiple stakeholders across the Bank, ensuring, ad-hoc requirements and access permissions are properly defined, delivered within established SLAs and in alignment with the Data Framework standards. This role also identifies opportunities for automation based on volume analysis of requests served by the team.

    • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge


    • Manages the prioritization and delivery of data requests processed via AskHR to ensure adherence to SLAs and to increase responsiveness to business users requesting HR data.


    • Assesses data requirements across business lines, identifies data sources, assimilates data from various sources and conducts modelling to assess impacts of initiatives on the workforce


    • Provides subject matter expertise to HR data requestors to understand their reporting needs and their value to the business strategy.


    • Collaborates with Employee Experience Technology teams and related HR areas to develop strategies to automate data quality management by embedding data quality controls in critical business processes


    • Manages and supports the preparation and summarization of analytical reporting into comprehensive executive reports, including concise summaries of key data, data insights and findings, recommendations, etc.


    • Reports on HR metrics to assist business lines and HR management in assessing the effectiveness of people management practices including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, etc.


    • Monitors and analyzes leading trends and best practices on technology and processes related to HR reporting, identifies improvement/enhancement opportunities


    • Understands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions


    • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations within his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct

    Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We'd love to work with you if you have:


    • Post-secondary Degree or Masters in Human Resources or Business or related field

    • Previous reporting and analytics experience required

    • Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures

    • Strong knowledge of Organizational structure and complexity

    • Strong analytical skills. Ability to assess data requets and assimilate information from varoius sources, identifies themes and trends and develops sound insights and recommendations

    • Expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes and how they relate to HR systems

    • Ability to collaborate with others

    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Proven ability to analyze, document and communicate complex technological solutions to non-technical parties
