Job Description:

Workday/Adaptive Planning Functional Analyst

Our Information Technology division is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, professional individual to join our Strategy & Corporate Services team in a full time Workday/Adaptive Planning Functional Analyst role.


Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Cloud Services & Business Analysis, this role will work in partnership with internal teams to ensure maximum value out of the Workday product suite.

This role is responsible for providing Workday support across Workday module(s), understanding the business requirements, and configuring, designing, and delivering solutions that best fit their needs.

Accountabilities and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Gathering business requirements for financial reports, analytics, and dashboards in a recent implementation of Workday financials and core HCM
Developing, testing, and supporting financial reports, analytics, and dashboards
Developing, testing, and implementing models in Adaptative Planning for budgeting and forecasting purposes
Assisting with upgrades & bi-annual releases including analysis of impacts of new financial functionality, configuration, testing and implementation
Acting as a mentor to fellow Workday support team members, including providing support for shadow assignments

You have:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ year's Workday functional experience with Workday finance modules
3+ years of experience with Workday financial reporting, including calculated fields, advanced and matrix reports, dashboards, and scorecards
Certification in Workday is preferred along with certification in Workday Reporting
Workday Adaptive Planning exerperience is an asset
