IT Security & Cloud Infrastructure Manager

We're looking for a talented Security & Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead our efforts in safeguarding our clients' systems and data while spearheading our transformation journey with grit and determination.

The Opportunity

TRIELLA is hiring a Full-time IT Security & Cloud Infrastructure Manager who will be responsible for protecting Client IT infrastructure, systems, and data from cyber threats and unauthorized access by implementing robust security measures, policies, and procedures. Strive to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets while fostering a culture of security awareness and accountability throughout the organization.


Since 2004, we have been the IT partner of choice for Canada's premier mid-market law, accounting, engineering, investment firms and other regulated businesses.

We are a full-service IT firm, specializing in lower to mid-market Law, Accounting, Financial boutiques, and other professional service firms across Canada.


The Role

  • Base ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 per year depending on experience, plus a performancebased bonus which could range from 5% to 15% of the base salary.
  • Full health benefits program after successful completion of the 6month probationary period.
  • Paid sick days available.

Responsibilities and duties:


  • System Monitoring and

Integrity Verification:

This includes setting up monitoring tools, analyzing system logs, and proactively identifying and addressing any anomalies or potential issues to ensure the integrity and reliability of the systems.


  • Advanced System Administration, including managing user accounts, configuring system settings, performing system upgrades and patches, and troubleshooting complex technical issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Network Security Management: This includes implementing and managing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and other security measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other network security threats.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management in cloud environments such as Citrix and Azure.
  • Tier 3 End-User Support.
  • Active Directory and Access Management.
  • Develop and implement robust security strategies to safeguard our clients' systems and data from cyber threats. You will leverage your startup experience to drive transformation and adapt in a rapidly changing landscape.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure solutions, demonstrating your resilience and determination to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive cultural change and ensure alignment with our startup mindset, leveraging your passion for innovation to inspire and motivate others.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in cybersecurity and cloud technologies, demonstrating your passion for learning and your commitment to staying ahead of the curve.

Leadership and Management Skills:


  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing projects, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
