Research:
- Performing building walks throughout the summer and updating CBRE's tenant database with the information gathered.
- Database input, maintenance and extraction. Being able to access our repository of information, extract the information and present it in a manner that is professional and easily followed.
- Assist Senior Research Analysts, Research Associates and Sales Trainees with a variety of tasks as needed
- Updating and maintenance of various research materials including stacking plans and corridor reports
- Finding corporation and contact info for various properties
- Field ad hoc agent requests from different teams and provides assistance where needed
- Answer various zoning and official planrelated questions usually pertaining to permitted uses (a general knowledge of zoning bylaws across the GTA is ideal)
- Create and analyze market statistics and corresponding materials, including the production of client presentations
Administrative:
- Photo taking
- Deliveries
- Preparing mailers
- Binding and scanning as required
- Substitute reception coverage
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Enrollment in a post-secondary education program is required with preference given for Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing (Real estate and housing, Urban Planning, Statistics).
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Enthusiastic, motivated and self-confident. Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills including ability to effectively multi-task and self-manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong initiative.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products including: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Willingness to learn and have fun.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Access to own transportation with a class G or G2 license is required.
