About the Role:


Responsibilities

  • Own, maintain and periodically update compensation benchmarks across the organization by analyzing data from various sources and updating data accordingly
  • Identify, analyze and create new compensation benchmarks according to business need and growth
  • Provide adhoc compensation recommendations to leaders, Talent Acquisition Partners & HRBPs as needed
  • Work with HRBPs in all GEOs on compensation related projects, deliverables and requests (NA/EUR/ASIA/AFRICA)
  • Develop, own and maintain a tool or location to host compensation data and benchmarks
  • Create and work with manager to send promotion letters when applicable
  • In partnership with HR Leadership and E-Team, develop, articulate and implement Sama's Total Rewards philosophy
  • Assist HRBP team in endofyear planning for salary increases
  • Partner with the People Operations Specialist to negotiate benefits and act as a benefits expert for all employees at Sama
  • In partnership with People Operations team, continuously improve and negotiate benefits offerings in all Sama locations;

MInimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, with 12 years within a Compensation or Total Rewards function
  • Experience using various sources to identify compensation data
  • Proven experience working with compensation surveys (submitting survey data, analyzing data, creating benchmarks)
  • Ability to complete detailed research and explain findings in a concise manner
  • Capable of solving problems efficiently without additional supervision
  • Demonstrates exceptional judgment
  • Strong understanding of Compensation best practices, programs and interventions
  • Outstanding decisionmaking skills
  • Highly dedicated and responsive; demonstrates outstanding followthrough and the ability to quickly and effectively get the job done

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with benefits administrators/vendors & negotiating benefits offerings
  • Capability to carry out and/or lead projects and initiatives as both a project lead and key contributor
