JOB DESCRIPTION
We are always looking for the right misfits for our island.

If you are a dedicated, hardworking, fun-loving, idea-generating blazer of trails and celebrator of all things quirky, please fill out the form below to be considered for our Beer Hustlers (Sales Team).

Seeking all types of sales folks. Beverage & alcohol sales experience preferred.

Working directly with the Sales Team, you will be responsible for selling our beer to new on-premise locations (bars and restaurants) and off-premise locations (Wholesale distributors), nurturing existing account relations and ensuring that Nova Scotia is saturated with our delicious nectar.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work (and play) directly with the Sales Team to manage account sales and communications
• Work (and play) directly with the Marketing Team to better serve our accounts
• Maintain and strive to exceed sales quotas
• Develop and maintain strategies to sell beer to new accounts or in new ways to existing accounts
• Nurture account relations
• Educate bar staff on beverage products
• Track inventory via Ekos Brewmaster
• Expense budget management
• Use a CRM to track customer relations
• Develop and attend account events
• Travel within Nova Scotia for offpremise and onpremise sales
• Potential for travel within other Atlantic Provinces for offpremise and onpremise sales

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.

$38,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
