Sales Administrator

Location:
St. Catharines Office - This is not a remote position.


Position Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and operational support to the Order Desk.


Responsibilities:


  • Update and maintain CRM in Salesforce
  • Collecting deposits and processing payments
  • Monitoring and assisting with inquiries coming through our WebChat
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Process quotes for Canadian and US customers and follow through until completion of order

Qualifications:


  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and prioritize
  • Knowledge and/or experience in equipment sales is an asset but is not required. We will provide all training.
  • Experience in Salesforce and other CRM's an asset
  • Experience in Administration
