Sales Administrator
Location:
St. Catharines Office - This is not a remote position.
Position Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and operational support to the Order Desk.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain CRM in Salesforce
- Collecting deposits and processing payments
- Monitoring and assisting with inquiries coming through our WebChat
- Other duties as assigned
- Process quotes for Canadian and US customers and follow through until completion of order
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and prioritize
- Knowledge and/or experience in equipment sales is an asset but is not required. We will provide all training.
- Experience in Salesforce and other CRM's an asset
- Experience in Administration
