MYERS CARSTAR COLLISION& GLASS SERVICE - located at 30 Sunderland - is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our bodyshop.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling day to day interactions with customers and insurance partners both in person and over the phone, and for assisting in managing the administrative processes involved in the auto body repair process.

Have preferably 35 years of customer service experience
Have experience working in a collision centre
Preferred but not necessary
Thrive in fast paced environments
Are able to work independently
Are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
Are flexible
