Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher to join our team on a part-time basis.

As an ESL Speaking Skills Teacher, you will focus exclusively on improving students' verbal communication abilities in English.

Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging online speaking sessions with ESL learners, focusing on fluency, pronunciation, and confidence building.
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their speaking skills.
Utilize a variety of teaching resources, including multimedia materials, to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences.
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is preferred.
Proven experience teaching ESL, specifically focusing on speaking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable using online teaching platforms and technology.
Flexible schedule to accommodate students from different time zones.
