Key Responsibilities

  • Support EP's brand by writing and editing compelling copy that communicates our brand voice while engaging our target audience.
  • Research, edit, write, factcheck, review and publish communications material for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement initiatives and creatives that best targets our clients online
  • Create engaging social media content for our various channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other businessrelated platforms.
  • Optimize the organic use of social media platforms with growth and lead nurturing as your guiding principles.
  • Social media management, monitoring and reporting.
  • Coordinate with thirdparty design and digital vendors on various projects.
  • Support with communications and marketing requests from various EP business verticals.
  • Use creativity and innovation to approach projects and solve problems.
  • Use WordPress, SendGrid / Active Campaign, MailChimp, Google Analytics, and Salesforce CRM to set up and measure lead capture and nurture campaigns.
  • Project manage client journey optimizations and standalone campaigns, aligning tactics with the overall program strategy.
  • Synthesize data across multiple systems and touchpoints to identify opportunities for program optimization.
  • Partner with frontline client consultants to measure the performance of clientfacing communications and processes.
  • Support the development of a new digital engagement and conversion tracking funnel.

What It Takes To Succeed

  • 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, website management or advertising.
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree within communications or marketingrelated field.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with additional hours as required, as is determined by business demands.
  • Previous experience and an indepth understanding of Google Analytics (certification is an asset).
  • Experience acting as a webmaster.
  • Competency managing social media channels with content management software such as Hootsuite is preferred.
  • Exceptional written English, with the ability to write, composite, edit and proofread blogs, articles, webpages, social media, and variety of media.
  • Working knowledge of how to drive meaningful and engaging user experiences via marketing automation, as well as audience segmentation.
  • Experience planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of SMS and push notification strategy and execution.
  • Experience and advanced understanding of both CRM and content management (Salesforce CRM and WordPress preferable).
  • Agility and ability to multitask in a highpaced environment while maintaining. attention to detail with competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management.
  • Ability to use the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience working in the financial sector is considered a strong asset.
