This is the first ever Miele "Discovery Store" in the world located in Yorkdale Mall, Toronto This is an interactive location with live cooking demonstrations and events.

This person would have the opportunity to be involved with ensuring that the store appearance and brand presentation are first class and be a part of making history with this global organization

Now that you know about us, we want to know more about you We are looking for someone who can:

  • Ensure the active kitchen is a lively area and premium hospitality is offered to our clients all day long
  • Support event chefs in their culinary demonstrations to all clients, in an effort to highlight Miele appliances
  • Be an outstanding host and provide all incoming clients with a premium experience both during events and daily operating hours
  • Ensure a premium product and brand presentation throughout the Miele store that is in line with the Miele brand values and guidelines
  • Execute product advises, create quotes and close sales. Actively assist consumers with product information and demonstrations, making sure they experience the brand and receive a premium experience and service
  • Assisting the Store Manager with inventory management and related activities
  • Training and mentoring Sales Associates to excel in their roles, ensuring all sales targets are met and exceeded
  • Coaching the Sales Associates to manage their client database, through strategic follow up, using the CRM tools provided by Miele
  • Foster a positive working environment and motive all team members
  • Ensure visual merchandising is consistent with Miele standards, in order to maximize sales
  • Manage and maintain the store facility, inclusive of all cleaning, repair, and replacement of damaged merchandise, furniture, registers, and other related items to facility
  • Ensure proper procedures are being met in regards to cash, credit card and all transaction processing in accordance with Miele policies and guidelines

We think it would be awesome if you have:

  • Minimum of one (1) year retail management experience for a luxury brand or equivalent
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a retail environment
  • Outstanding organizational, presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skill's
