Production Supervisor for high end millwork

Ramm Design is an all-encompassing fabrication company that has built some of North Americas favorite installations from Canadian tires ice truck to Right Guards deodorant Zamboni for the Toronto Maple Leafs.

We are also responsible for building the captivating environments in some of Toronto hottest restaurants and hotels.

We are looking for a person who is an ambitious, thoughtful leader of people and process that will help lead ramm's production facility.

Job Requirements:

• Prior management and/or supervisory experience (3+ years)
• Able to inspire the team to meet timelines and budget constraints.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Knowledge of current carpentry technics
• Plan, organize and evaluate daily operations on shop floor.
• Communicate work plans and instruct the build team.
