We are looking for Counter Staff and Team Members with a proven record of experience within fast casual restaurant concepts for our Robin's Store, 421 W Frederica St., Thunder Bay, ON.

Job Requirements:

Greets and connects with customers providing excellent service.
Discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals.
Responds to customer needs and thanks every customer.
Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
Prepares a variety of customer beverage orders such as Coffees, Hot Drinks and blended beverages among others.
Baking and preparation of a variety of food items like Muffins, Pies, Danishes, Sandwiches among others
Follows store policies and procedures.
Performs daily tasks in accordance with the Opening/Closing/Shift handover and cleaning standards working as a team player.
Follow cash handling, register policies and accounting policies
Must be willing to work weekends and midnights and have a safe food handling certificate.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of one year experience in Food & Beverage.
