    Description
    Senior Business Intelligence Developer – Micro

    Strategy Project:
    Insight Med EchoBackground: BI reporting changes to incorporate Med Echo data into Insight. We are seeking a skilled Senior Developer to join our team and contribute to this project.


    Responsibilities:
    Design, develop, test, and deploy MicroStrategy-based visualizations, documents, dossiers, and reports, including intelligent cubes and security models.
    Integrate backend systems such as Oracle DB and MS Excel following approved architecture designs and compliance standards.
    Ensure compliance with AODA (WCAG 2.0), bilingual (Eng/FR) requirements, and user experience guidelines.


    Requirements:
    Proficiency in MicroStrategy development, data modeling, and reporting techniques.
    Hands-on experience in developing reports, dashboards, and interactive elements using MSTR Developer/ Workstation.
    Ability to translate technical and business requirements into MSTR architectural designs.
    Familiarity with MSTR tools like Object Manager, Command Manager, and System Manager.
    Experience in performance tuning and handling issues with MSTR applications.
    Knowledge of data transformation, project configuration, and web integration using ASP, HTML, and CSS.

    4+ years: Business Intelligence development using MicroStrategy Developer3+ years: Utilizing Command Manager, System Manager, and Object and Integrity Manager3+ years: Working with MSTR Schema objects3+ years: Creating filters and security measures3+ years: Developing and tuning Intelligent Cubes3+ years: Developing integrated MSTR Web applications3+ years: Designing and executing workflows3+ years: Implementing multilingual reports and documents3+ years: Collaboration with multiple teams3+ years: Ensuring Accessibility compliance (AODA WCAG years: Data integration utilizing various sources3+ years: SQL proficiency and performance tuning
