Description
You are the day-to-day link between the client and the agency team, you're laser-focused on delivery. You work independently to manage projects, keeping them on-time and on-budget.

You bring the right people to the table to meet every challenge, and you motivate the team to accomplish the shared goal.


What you own:


  • Daytoday project management: organize and ensure successful delivery of your assigned projects, from briefing all the way to launch and measurement. Prepare key process documents including traffic sheets, content matrices, commercial code requests, PIDs. Keep project folders on the server uptodate.
  • Establish timelines, and keep teams on track and updated in real time
  • Prepare key presentation documents; gather inputs from the agency team and collate, proofread and ensure they're clientready
  • Lead creative development and revisions cycles: gather and interpret client feedback, brief team, and evaluate work to ensure accuracy and that it meets requirements.
  • Track the budget for the entire campaign, and communicate variances or risks
  • Facilitate key meetings, including internal reviews, presentations, research and production well in advance
  • Prepare meeting/call notes and summary documents after each client interaction.
  • Prepare competitive ad activity scans and reporting, each month, scanning publications, online tools and Google alerts
  • Update status documents in real time, attend internal and xagency status meetings.
  • Key documents: Estimates, tactical briefs, timelines, presentations, competitive reviews, client feedback markups, status reports, project folders on server, contact reports and memos

What you support:


  • Financial operations for the account: BCR, attend billing meetings, follow up on estimates and invoices alongside your AE/AC team members
  • Creative briefs: gather the info and support the strategist in crafting the brief
  • Team briefings: lead or participate in the kick off with agency colleagues
  • Creative development: enable the Creative team to explore and develop the work
  • Client presentations: prep materials, facilitate and outline next steps

What qualifies you:


  • Proven 2 years' experience in integrated marketing / advertising
  • A strong and clear communicator (verbal and written)
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • University Degree or postsecondary certificate in marketing preferred
