ADI Global Distribution is hiring an
Outside Sales Representative who will increase market share, uncover new opportunities, and drive the kind of sales that result in long-term customer relationships.

JOB DUTIES:

Increase Market Share by performing sales efforts to convert potential customers to ADI customers.
-
Strengthen current customer relationships by supporting customer service efforts, conducting follow-up calls, educating customers about new product lines and keeping abreast of new developments in the industry.

Proactively drive market intelligence gathering, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver sales wins.
-
Ensure positive relationships within the ADI organization to encourage team sales and create priority service for customers.
-
Implement various customer trainings in order to drive sales growth in assigned territory.


YOU MUST HAVE:


  • Minimum High School Diploma, Preferably 2 years of industry experience and/or trade school.
  • 4+ years of sales experience: CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security and Fire:
  • Successful track-record of managing and selling in security industry in a distribution model.
  • Valid Driver's License, clean motor vehicle history and a driving record in good standing
  • Excellent selling, negotiating, and closing skills with ability to build long term business relationships
  • Ability to learn quickly, process high call volume, and think outside the box
  • Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done approach, while maintaining high business ethical standards
  • Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Selfmotivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Ability travel per business needs; up to 75%
