- Act as the primary contact for multiple brands within the portfolio, liaising between brand teams and in-house colleagues to deliver top-notch work according to briefs and deadlines
- Receive and refine project briefs from clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the tasks at hand, identifying necessary resources, and driving projects to completion
- Manage and align client expectations concerning work scope, timelines, and budget allocations
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure creative outputs meet client requirements
- Oversee project flow through design and artwork stages, create project timelines, schedules, and resource plans, and track costs and budgets
- Engage with external agency partners for cross-channel activations, taking on leading and supporting roles as needed
- Provide regular updates on project status, assist in workload prioritization, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Maintain project progress within set timelines and budgets
- Participate in team-building activities and office culture initiatives during business hours
- Ideal background includes 2-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or social media
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
- Self-motivated and eager to drive project progress independently
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing project timelines involving multiple stakeholders
- Openness to learning new concepts and devising innovative solutions
- Experience in client-facing roles, handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with the creative process and guiding diverse teams
