• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Engage in conversation and provide companionship
• Monitor and report changes in client's condition or behavior
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up living spaces
• Accompany client to medical appointments or social outings as needed

• Experience in hospice care, nursing home, or senior care is preferred
• Knowledge of proper medication administration techniques
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client appoinments
