Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts
  • Decorate pastries using various techniques
  • Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Package finished products for display or sale
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  • Ability to lead a team of 5 +
Varied skills in pastry including chocolate, plated desserts and amenities


Skills:


  • Experience in food preparation, particularly in the pastry or baking industry
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
  • Strong customer service skills for interacting with clients
  • Proficiency in cake decorating techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a restaurant kitchen setting
  • Competency in baking, cooking, and kitchen operations

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
