At Canadian College, our purpose is to provide students, staff, and stakeholders with a learning experience that combines internationally recognized credentials with authentic standards of excellence.

Our 15-week Spring semester begins January 3rd, 2023 and we are seeking industry experienced, qualified Computer Systems and Technical Support instructors.

We have courses available Mondays to Fridays from 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, and 3pm-6pm._

Responsibilities

Teach students in an engaging manner using a mix of diverse resources (e.g. lectures, workshops, discussion sessions, and presentations).
Source or prepare teaching materials for courses including audio visual and webrelated materials where appropriate.
Maintain accurate weekly attendance and assignment logs on the college's Learning Management System.
Prepare, administer, and grade course assignments, exams, and other projects assigned to students to evaluate learning progress.
Provide detailed feedback and records on student performance.
Attend staff training sessions, faculty meetings, and student disciplinary meetings when required.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or in Computer Systems or a similar field.
Minimum 5 years working experience in the industry.
Minimum 2 years teaching or training experience.
Proficiency working with technology and different online tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Passionate about contributing to students learning process.
