Resident Engagement & Digital Content Creator
The Resident Engagement and Digital Content Creator is the face of the building. You will be responsible for delivering event coordination and support marketing for Rohit Rental Living.

Working closely with building management, you will ensure residents have everything they need, including answering questions about services or amenities, and resolving any issues that may arise.


What will you do?

Social Media

  • Create and implement a digital strategy with compelling content for all Rohit Rental Living's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, etc).
  • Support Rohit Commercial by managing social media content strategy and engagement via LinkedIn
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market insights, and customer preferences to ensure the content is relevant and uptodate.
  • Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy that adheres to the company's style guidelines.
  • Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords and metadata.
  • Manage content calendars and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure content consistency and brand integrity across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends, technologies, and platforms to maximize content effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose and leverage existing content for different marketing initiatives.
  • Identify new media opportunities and connect with social media influencers.
  • Deliver monthly reports from our web traffic using Google Analytics and social platforms and advise on improvements.

Resident Support & Events

  • Deliver handson event coordination services, contributing to seamless onsite execution, including marketing, setup, and takedown assistance.
  • Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service.
  • Supervise a team overseeing event coordination activities and maintain effective communication and collaboration among all team members.
  • Conduct site inspections leading up to the event to ensure the vision is met.
  • Lead the flawless execution of events, including client meet and greet on the day of the event.
  • Ensure exceptional resident experience while onsite, through personal interaction.
  • Work with the operations & marketing department to establish our brand's online identity.
  • Create and implement resident support materials.
  • Distribute tenant activity schedules, building amenity information, and area information brochures to new tenants
  • Share passion, knowledge, and recommendations for activities and neighborhood attractions to experience in the local community.
  • Conduct outreach marketing and build connections with local businesses for resident programming
  • Implement resident retention strategies
  • Support where needed for a seamless resident experience.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What do we look for?

  • Experience in managing and creating content for branded social media accounts.
  • Experience in creating content (e.g. designing graphics, shooting videos) an asset.
  • Property management experience an asset.
  • Experience in customer service an asset.
  • Access to reliable vehicle.
  • Proficiency in creating Reels and TikToks, with a good understanding of the platforms' best practices and trends.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools and software, including graphic design and video editing software.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to measure and optimize content performance.
  • Passion for staying uptodate with the latest social media trends, platforms, and industry developments.
  • Smartphone capable of taking highquality photos/videos and running Instagram and Tiktok.
  • Real estate knowledge is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
  • Desire for continuing education and personal development.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
