    Warehouse Supervisor

    We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for full-time employment in our Vancouver-based head office. This position reports to Operations Management, is available immediately and includes the following responsibilities:

    • Train and coach new hires with company policies and procedures
    • Manage cyclical inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory
    • Prepares and reviews purchase orders for Vancouver location
    • Be an advocate for best practices in warehouse and purchasing activities
    • Actively participate within all warehouse and purchasing job functions
    • Work with interrelated departments to resolve product or service deficiencies
    • Lead and coordinate the daily work of Vancouver warehouse personnel
    • Contribute to continued company improvements in established processes and procedures
    • Trouble-shoot technical issues within your departments' software/hardware programs (Sage300 & WMS)
    • Be knowledgeable of all department tasks; possess a willingness to cross-train and assist wherever required
    • Support other Keir Surgical or Pacific Surgical departments as required
    • Conduct oneself and represent Keir Surgical ethically and professionally at all times

    Suitable candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

    • Minimum of 2 year warehouse and supervisory experience
    • Strong computer skills and a quick learner
    • 1+ years of purchasing
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Energetic team player with a can-do, will-do attitude
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
