- Prepare materials for class exercises and assist instructors
- Support applied research projects and prepare materials for research activities
- Ensure maintenance and repairs of equipment

- Technologist diploma or equivalent apprentice-level combination of education and experience
- Three years recent/relevant experience in a technical or engineering environment
- Member of/or eligible for certification with relevant certifying body
- Experience with program-relevant software and equipment
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong data and records management skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Experience with internet, email, MS Office Suite software
- Ability to function as an effective team member
