Accounting Clerk:
Myers Barrhaven Volkswagen has an immediate opening for an energetic individual to join our team as an accounting/deal closing clerk.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare & post Daily Bank Deposit
- Post new and used vehicles purchases and sales.
- New and Used inventory count.
- Assist with bank and master card reconciliation.
- Weekly reconciliation and remittance of all insurance
- Maintain accounting schedule.
- Prepare and send any lien payout cheques.
- Assist in closing monthend and yearend.
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to set and meet deadlines and work independently in a fastpaced environment
