Our MPE Saskatoon office is currently recruiting for the position of Intermediate Water Resources Engineer.

MPE a division of Englobe is a professional engineering consulting firm that operates out of offices across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and British Columbia. Preference will be given to applicants with 5 years or more experience however, consideration will be given to suitable junior candidates.

The successful candidate will play a key role in design and project management within MPE's Water Resources team. The position requires a broad range of skills and experience in a wide variety of water resource projects. The successful candidate has to apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules
Your Profile

Experience in project management, design, hydraulics, and construction contract administration in the following areas of practice is desired: Water management, river engineering, water control structures, dam safety, flood mitigation, drainage, pipelines and irrigation conveyance.

Experience with HECRAS, hydrology and stormwater would be considered an asset.

The applicant must be self-motivated, with strong leadership and project management experience; and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or applicable technical diploma and be eligible for membership in APEGS or TPSK.
