Purpose:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Client Service Associate to join our team.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to operate weighing scales and manage the weigh-in and weigh-out processes efficiently.

You will play a vital role in accurately recording weights, managing data entry, and providing excellent customer service to drivers and visitors.

Your commitment to maintaining a smooth and organized operation at the scale station will contribute to the overall success of our facility.

This part-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to our team while allowing flexibility in work hours to accommodate other commitments.

You will also act as a call center representative backup.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet Drivers: Provide a warm and professional welcome to drivers arriving at the weighbridge, ensuring a positive customer experience from the outset.
  • Record Vehicle Weighins and Weighouts: Precisely document vehicle weights in our computer system during both entry and exit from the facility.
  • Customer Information Management: Capture and maintain accurate customer data, including container details, using our designated information system.
