Job Description - IN OFFICE ONLY - Victoria BC


Busy downtown company in the legal services sector is looking for a receptionist/admin assistant with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This is a fast-paced position requiring highly proficient computer and time management skills.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position is intended to be full-time, but other alternatives may be considered.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:


  • Answer incoming calls, providing timely and courteous assistance
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Ensure a positive first impression by creating a welcoming environment.
  • Enter and reschedule bookings on calendar and ensuring all required information is captured (detail oriented)
  • Set up and troubleshoot technical difficulties within videoconference meetings (Zoom and Microsoft Teams)
  • Assist the office manager with administrative tasks
  • Set up and clean boardrooms for client meetings

Salary:
From $37,440.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
