Job Description - IN OFFICE ONLY - Victoria BC
Busy downtown company in the legal services sector is looking for a receptionist/admin assistant with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position is intended to be full-time, but other alternatives may be considered.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Answer incoming calls, providing timely and courteous assistance
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ensure a positive first impression by creating a welcoming environment.
- Enter and reschedule bookings on calendar and ensuring all required information is captured (detail oriented)
- Set up and troubleshoot technical difficulties within videoconference meetings (Zoom and Microsoft Teams)
- Assist the office manager with administrative tasks
- Set up and clean boardrooms for client meetings
Salary:
From $37,440.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
