YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer service for our Personal Lines and other office duties
• Yearly review of client policy accounts, crossselling and upselling
• Maintain documentation in client file and BMS (Power Broker)
• Dedication to provide utmost care and service in providing protection for our clients
• New business quoting/submissions and ongoing marketing servicing/efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Minimum Level 1 Agent / Broker General Insurance License
• IWS Autopac certification
• Proficient in MS office/word and strong computer skills
• Minimum three years of personal lines experience
• Working knowledge of Broker Management, quoting software and portal experience

(Intact and Aviva Insurance)

• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Have a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team, yet disciplined to work independently.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
