Description
Carry out the monitoring and completion of all assigned duties pertaining to HACCP, SQF and Prerequisite programs.

  • Conduct daily inspection randomly from raw materials, processing to finished product packing, inform nonconforming issues to production supervisors
  • Ensure all food safety protocols are being followed by plant employees.
  • Inspect incoming raw and packaging materials randomly, monitor coolers and freezers temperature, ensure egg ingredients are rotated according to First In First Out
  • Maintain, update, and verify suppliers' file such as 3rd party audit, Letter of Guarantee, Kosher certificate, product specifications, certificate of analysis.
  • Maintain and file all production and quality documents
  • Work with production, maintenance, sanitation crews and shipping staffs to ensure food safety, GMP compliance with regulations
  • Conduct internal audit as written program
  • Assist Sanitation and QA supervisors in monitoring plant sanitation to meet food safety and legal requirements
  • Implement HOLD procedures on suspect product for further evaluation
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HACCP plan
  • Documents the completed and assigned tasks of the SQF program
  • Monitors, maintains and improves product safety, legality, regulatory compliance, quality system, costs and work safety.
  • Supervises day to day activities of sanitation crews and ensure of the completion of the tasks by verification
