POSITION SUMMARY:
The ERP Project Manager is a contract role responsible for Project Transform, which is the migration of all Freshstone divisions to Microsoft Navision systems 2018. They are responsible for the planning, managing, and execution of the ERP migration project, ensuring that it meets FBI's needs, objectives, budget and timeline.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP & REPORTS:
This position will report directly to the Director, Information Technology
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Creating and maintaining a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project's scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
· Establishing and leading a project team, assigning roles and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support.
· Working closely with stakeholders, including the Project Steering Committee, project team, leadership team, department managers, IT personnel, and end-users, to understand their requirements and expectations, and to communicate project updates and issues.
· Managing project costs, tracking expenses, and reporting on budget variances.
· Identifying and mitigating project risks, developing contingency plans, and resolving problems.
· Ensuring that the ERP system is configured, tested, and deployed according to the project specifications and quality standards.
· Providing training and documentation to the end-users and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
· Evaluating the project outcomes and measuring the benefits and impacts of the ERP system.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
· A certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM3.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ERP projects, preferably in the same industry or domain as the organization.
· A strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2018 ERP.
· A proficient knowledge of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, and project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· A high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
· A flexible and adaptable attitude, able to work under pressure and handle changing priorities and deadlines.

Working Requirement and Physical Demands
This job requires the employee to work at a desk either in a company owned facility or from an appropriate home-based workspace. Freshstone Brands is a hybrid work environment. Employees are expected to work a minimum of 4 days per week at one of the Freshstone locations and can optionally work 1 day per week from a remote location.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, talk, hear, and sit. The employee may also be required to stand, walk, use hands to grasp and hold an object, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, colour vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
