About us
Got Concrete Inc is a small family run concrete business based out of Georgetown, ON. We work mostly around the Halton Hills region but we do travel throughout Ontario. We complete flatwork and formwork in residential, agricultural, commerical and industrial sectors.


Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Concrete Labourers and Concrete Finishers to join our team. Some experience necessary.

As a Concrete Labourer/Finisher, you will be responsible for working on various construction projects, setting up job sites, ensuring the proper finishing of concrete surfaces and working with form work.

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various hand tools and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up different projects
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing
• Set up forms and ensure they are properly aligned
• Pour concrete into forms and spread it evenly
• Use hand tools to smooth and finish surfaces
• Operate heavy equipment such as power trowels or screeds
• Repair or renovate existing concrete structures as needed
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion

Skills:

• Basic carpentry skills preferred
• Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials
• Experience with setting up dura forms would be an asset
• Proficient in using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers
• Ability to operate heavy equipment would be considered an asset
• Capable of performing heavy lifting and physical labour is a must

Experience:

• Concrete forming: 1 year (preferred)
• Concrete finishing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Class G Licence (preferred)
