- Franchisee Support (Quebec / Ontario);
- Establish a liaison between Belron Canada and its franchisees in regards to the implementation of new programs, projects, new practices, and training;
- Provide support and coaching to our franchisees in regards to best practices to achieve our common objectives, ie. KPI's, sales, profitability, etc;
- Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with our franchisees, including being proactive in resolving internal and external issues/conflicts that may arise;
- Ensure the Franchisee consistently adheres to our practices and complies with rules established by the franchisor;
- Be involved in the development of new franchisees;
- Work closely and in collaboration with Wholesale, knowing that Vanfax is the largest provider of our franchisees;
- Ensuring Leadership and Communication in the Region;
- Contributing to the development and sharing of best practices to stimulate growth.
- Leveraging your retail services expertise and commercial insight to find creative solutions;
- Managing change and influencing new behaviors;

- A minimum of three years retail management experience in a multi-unit, multi-product environment;
- Computer literate with utilization of MS office systems, specific to PowerPoint and Excel;

- Base in Montreal;
- 50%-70% overnight travel ( 2 to 3 days per week);
- Territory (example: Cornwall/ Abitibi/Outaouais).
