About Technical Support Specialist:
As part of the infrastructure and support team, you will have to offer an optimized service to the company users.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide technical support to local and remote users
- Communicate and followup on solutions to various submitted problems
- Manage the inventory of equipment, software and license compliance
- Replace and assign computer equipment
- Manage the identifiers, access rights and security of workstations
- Manage VOIP and cellular phone systems
- Document operational and problem resolution processes
- Any other project or task related to the position
The profile we are looking for:
- You have or are in the process of obtaining a college diploma in computer science
- You have relevant experience related to the position
- You are bilingual (English and French) in order to be able to serve clients in all provinces
- You are organized and able to effectively manage a demanding workload
- You are committed to user satisfaction
- You are action oriented
- You have good interpersonal skills and are friendly and courteous
The technical qualifications we are looking for:
- Experience with technical support software (ticketing system)
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN)
- Microsoft Windows Server 2021 or newer infrastructure
- Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory infrastructure
- Microsoft Windows 10 pro
- Comptia A+ or similar certification will be an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- Knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems
- Knowledge of VMWare virtualization will be an asset
