Deliver friendly customer service help customers shop our store and find what theyre looking for Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises Help customers shop locate products and provide them with solutions Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience execute cash handling to standards Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments Educate customers on the Voice of Customer VOC survey Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store BOPIS and Ship From Store SFS Participate in the truck unload stocking and planogram POGs processes Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return go back process general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised in-stock store Perform Store In Stock Optimization SISO AD set duties as assigned Support shrink safety programs Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Company programs ensuring compliance applicable laws requirements execute Company policies standards Interact others accepting respectful manner remain positive even difficult situations promote commitment organization vision values project positive image serve role model other Team Members Cross trained Custom Framing selling production Preferred Knowledge Skills Abilities Other duties assigned Preferred Type Experience Job Requires Retail customer service experience preferred Physical Requirements Work Environment Ability remain standing long periods time Ability move throughout work Regular bending lifting carrying reaching stretching Lifting heavy boxes accessing high shelves ladder similar equipment If need help performing essential functions job please contact supervisor engage interactive process determine reasonable accommodation available Public retail setting taking care of our climate controlled some stock rooms may not be outdoor work if retrieve shopping carts while unloading trucks Frame shop contains glass cutter heat press work hours include nights weekends early mornings Applicants Canada satisfy federal provincial local legal requirements job Please note posting existing vacancy employer actively recruiting fill position Michaels requires team members role least sixteen years older Total Base Pay Range Position
