  • The primary purpose of this role is to efficiently and effectively review & validate the selfassessment questionnaire submissions of supplier organizations against a set of agreed criteria/program rules.
  • Engage with suppliers verbally and via written communication to resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies within the SAQ
  • Highlight incomplete data fields within the SAQ and work with the supplier to resolve
  • Ensure the submission is in line with program (client) expectations and requirements
  • Any other task to ensure customer data is progressed at any other stage of the supplier process
  • Identify any problems or issues within the supplier process and escalate as required
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date contact log of all customer communication using appropriate backoffice tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, data validation or similar roles
  • Experience/understanding of HSEQ management systems and terminology.
  • Knowledge of audit and assessment processes
  • Advanced administrative and customer care experience, ideally within medium to large organizations
  • Confident in dealing with people of all levels within a variety of organizations
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fastpaced, highly professional environment.
