Browns is looking for a highly motivated Logistics Manager who will be responsible for all distribution activities for both retail and online.

You will be responsible for leading initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency and timeliness for our customers, while ensuring quality standards are met.

Browns has been implementing tremendous innovations over the past decade. This means you need to have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all aspects of distribution and e-commerce operations. As a Logistics Manager, you will play a fundamental role in the development of the company's overall business.

Requirements:

Industrial Engineering and/or MBA.

- + 5 years of retail experience in logistics, including over 2 years in a management role.

Previous experience in the management of an Automated Distribution Center and in Retail.
Bilingualism (Spoken and written French/English)
Organization, efficiency, and multitasking.
Highly analytical, detailoriented, and strong business sense.
Ability to independently move projects forward and see them through to completion.
Ability to process complex problems and communicate them into clear and concise business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Support Distribution Center operations, inventory controls, vendor management, quality, and compliance.
Establish strong working relationships with the rest of the collaborative departments.
Continuously review and improve reports to enhance overall visibility of operations.
Keep abreast of all new developments and technologies which can be applied to the company's distribution operations.
Responsible for the warehouse management system (WMS) & Warehouse control system (WCS)
Maintain, monitor, and review all logistics costs and productivity against targets.
