Minimum 5 à 6 ans d'expérience en tant que chef(fe) de programme de test, ainsi qu'une expérience de la gestion des clients. 15+ ans d'expérience de travail est requis.
Expérience de la gestion de grands programmes de transformation, préférablement dans le domaine d'assurance.
Communication français et anglais. Niveau natif, bilingue ou compétence professionnelle. L'expérience de la gestion des clients francophones est requise.
Capable de planifier et gérer plusieurs phases de test.
Excellente gestion des parties prenantes dans le cadre des programmes.
Capable de crée de la valeur pour le client en réalisant divers programmes de transformation en assurance qualité.
Familier avec la méthode agile.
Fortes compétences en communication (écrite et orale) et expérience de la gestion des clients.
Capable d'aligner la vision du client avec la vision de Cognizant.
Expérience pratique avec les outils de tests standard de l'industries: fonctionnel, nonfonctionnel et automatisation.
Stimuler la croissance commerciale au sein du compte.
Expérience de la création de stratégies de test au niveau des programmes en alignement avec la méthodologie et l'architecture du programme.

QA Program Manager
1)Overall 15+ years of experience with minimum 5-6 years of experience in Test Program Manager Role along with experience in relationship enhancement with customer.
2)Must have experience is handling large scale transformation programs preferably in Insurance Domain

3)Must have experience in French language and working experience with French speaking customers

4)Efficient in planning and controlling multiple test phases

5)Excellent stakeholder management in programs

6)Should have focus in delivery transformation leading effective QA and value add to customer.

7)Familiar with Agile mode of working.
8)Excellent communication skills (written, oral) to effectively interact & manage customer expectations.
9)Ability to align customer vision and cognizant vision together.
10)Hands on experience in industry standard testing tools - Functional, Non Functional & Automation

11) Drive business growth within the account

12) Must have experience in developing program level test strategy aligning with program methodology and architecture landscape.
