Dead Frog is a BC Craft Brewery and Tasting Room with an award winning lineup of brews distributed across Canada.

We're all about great food, great craft beer, and having a hoppin' good time.

We focus on living life to the fullest and creating innovative, high quality craft brews like Juice Box Sour Mixer, Hippity Hop Hazy IPA, and Steel Toe Lager.

We're located in Langley BC and currently distribute great beer in BC, Alberta, and Yukon.

Dead Frog Brewery is looking for a Sales Manager to grow all sales of its packaged and kegged product across BC, Alberta, and Yukon.

You'll lead a growing team and be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with store managers and owners across BC with the goal of increasing sales at each location.

You'll work closely with the account managers, sales agents, marketing staff at shows and events, and support staff at the brewery with the goal of getting as many as people as possible enjoying Dead Frog brews.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all sales to liquor stores and pubs/restaurants across BC and Alberta.

Achieve monthly sales goals set by Vice President.
Develop and grow relationships with Liquor Stores and Pubs/Restaurants via instore visits and phone calls.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Maximize sales as a whole and on a per location basis.
Plan and execute instore promotions and tastings.
Attend trade shows to network and increase awareness.
Launch and support sales of new products.
Grow sales of core products.
Plan sales route and report efficiencies.
Directly manage account managers and agents.
Contribute to long term planning discussions to grow brand and brews.

Skills/Traits

We're looking for someone who is self-motivate, passionate about craft beer, and enjoys working on their own as well as being part of a team.

The craft beer industry is moving at incredible speeds so you will need to be efficient and able to multi-task to be successful.

Liquor industry experience is a strong asset.

Compensation
You will be paid a monthly salary with performance based bonuses and a competitive benefits plan. Wage will be dependent on industry experience and projected sales numbers. A company car, phone, and laptop will be provided.
