Job summary
I am looking for Architectural Designer to design US permit sets.
It will have a basement (garage) at the ground level and then it will have one floor as the living room, another floor as bedroom floor and the top floor will be a patio.
Responsibilities
- The whole perimeter is going to be made out of ICFs.
- Roofs will be made out of Wood H-beam flanges.
