We are seeking an IT & Office Coordinator to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:


  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
  • Identify inefficiencies in a department's productivity and performance.
  • Research new innovative ways to improve the business model through technology and resources.
  • Renegotiate vendor contracts to obtain better rates.
  • Acts as point of contact between external IT providers and business team in assisting with the reporting of IT concerns, coordinating the implementation of new technology solutions, and procuring of quotes for new hardware or IT services.
  • Prioritizing IT project workflow to ensure completion of accurate work within established timelines.
  • Track inventory of installed software, licenses, and hardware assets.
  • Monitor and educate users on potential security risks.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of hardware, software, and other solutions for team members.
  • Research and provide advice on software updates and improvements in existing tech stack to leverage and deploy new features or security measures.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support to team members.
  • Provide advice on protocols and solutions for the use of IT across the company.
  • Assist in adherence to PCI Compliance and security risk frameworks.
  • Participate in team meetings to communicate status and give recommendations.
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • A college diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or related field.
  • Handson experience with troubleshooting and repairing IT issues in a help desk technical capacity.
  • Proven experience understanding business processes and software requirement data gathering.
  • Experience in coordinating team members' work within IT projects during the development, implementation, and operations startup.
