What do you need to succeed?

5+ years of experience in building code compliance and providing input to performancebased Alternative Solutions in a consulting environment.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, or a related field, or Diploma in Architectural or Fire Protection Engineering Technology.
Registered as or working towards registration as a Professional Engineer or other professional designation such as BCIN Professional.
Demonstrated ability to develop performancebased solutions meeting the requirements of the regulations and achieving approvals.
Strong business acumen, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
Proven ability to build relationships and develop networks, including with Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to manage complex situations with multiple stakeholders utilizing conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
Proven client service capability along with the experience to effectively manage multiple teams simultaneously.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment while juggling competing priorities.
